I had my first cell phone with AT & T and they had horrible customer service. I ended up having to pay just to get them out of my life and get out of my contract. I wrote a letter to AT&T execs and never heard from them. As Dell and other business savy entities have shown, customer service is key to maintaining loyolty amongst customers.
